About the band
Modern Medicine is a rock band from Charlotte, NC, that emerged in 2025 with a fresh take on punk-pop-inspired rock. Their debut single, “Girl I Once Knew (La Grande)” quickly captured attention from its nostalgic yet modern sound. With their debut album in 2026, “Addiction Is Genetic,” the band has shown how diverse their sound is with pop punk anthems like “Crazy” and headbanging grooves like “Same”.
The band features Hollister Warren on vocals and rhythm guitar, Liam Jones on drums, Colten Greene on lead guitar and vocals, and Alex Luther on bass and vocals. Together, they combine their diverse influences to create a dynamic and cohesive sound that channels the spirit of the late 90s and early 2000s rock legends like Green Day, Sum 41, and blink-182 - all while adding their own “modern” twist.
